77. Remove Gum from Your Shoes
Stepping on gum is the worst, right? But here’s a trick to turn that sticky situation around—WD-40. Just spray it right on that gum and give it half a minute to work its magic. Then, with a butter knife that’s seen better days, start scraping. Wipe the gunk off on a paper towel and watch the gum say goodbye.

If any stubborn bits cling on for dear life, go for round two with the WD-40. After you’ve won the battle, a quick wash with soap and water will have your shoe ready to hit the pavement again, gum-free and good as new.
